HooYu is a global Know Your Customer solution that helps increase the success of customer onboarding whilst increasing the integrity of KYC processes.

HooYu is expanding its technical team to support an exciting roadmap of new mobile and conventional web[1]based consumer and business products and services. We are looking for ambitious, creative, forward-looking people to participate in our growth.

The Position

We are the team responsible for verifying the identities of individuals onboarding with our clients. Our job is to ensure that they are who they say they are. This is how, indirectly, major crimes such as Money Laundering, Fraud, Impersonation, Terrorism, and even Human Trafficking are avoided.

Principle responsibilies:
  • Reviewing various identity documents
  • Assess whether the document is authentic/fraudulent (Training is provided)
  • Create a Fraud report when a fraudulent document is identified
  • Checking the accuracy of information already in the system
  • Inputting additional information into the fraud detection system
